Join CryptoMondays USA on Wednesday, October 14 for an insightful and thought-provoking session with Carlos Salinas , CEO of Estating Digital, Head of Digital Platforms Business at Estating, and Founder of CryptoMondays Andorra. Sitting at the intersection of real-world assets (RWAs), digital market infrastructure, and institutional capital formation, Carlos brings structural expertise in bridging traditional regulated banking with decentralized liquidity rails.
In this interactive session, Carlos will unpack why tokenization itself is not the end product, but rather an execution rail—and why the true challenge lies in collateral design. Drawing from his work structuring institutional real estate securities into programmable financial primitives, he will share how high-quality real-world collateral can be safely allocated across Web3 capital allocators, DeFi liquidity venues, and stablecoin treasury infrastructures while reconciling regulatory discipline with on-chain composability.
Prior to leading platform business strategy at Estating, Carlos spent over 15 years at MoraBanc, where he designed and launched the bank’s digital assets division. As Head of Digital Assets and Fintech, he positioned MoraBanc as the first traditional financial institution in Andorra to offer regulated digital asset services, pioneering institutional-grade products such as the MoraBanc Bitcoin Fund and Ethereum Fund with staking capabilities.
Fun Fact: In addition to lecturing on digital assets at institutions like IEB and EUNCET, Carlos holds certifications in financial engineering and blockchain risk, with a career spanning over two decades across prime brokerage at Merrill Lynch, hedge fund operations, and traditional banking prior to advancing digital asset adoption.
